Position: Advertising Sales Executive

Location: Tampa Bay, FL

Pay: $55,000 $65,000/year + commission

Experience: At least 3 years of consultative or B2B sales experience; proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday Friday, Day Shift

HH Staffing is seeking an Advertising Sales Executive to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain strong client and agency relationships to drive advertising revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
• Create and present customized marketing and advertising proposals.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure campaign success.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize client results.
• Represent the company at networking and industry events within the assigned territory.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Position Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
