Cabinet Maker

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team in crafting high-quality, custom cabinetry. This role requires precision woodworking, familiarity with exotic and domestic materials, and a commitment to process excellence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrives in a collaborative, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and build packets with precision
• Fabricate custom cabinetry using joinery techniques, CNC equipment, and hand tools
• Execute builds to spec, ensuring alignment with brand standards and client expectations
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and uphold shop safety protocols
• Collaborate with project managers and fellow builders to resolve technical challenges
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts, including process documentation and workflow refinement
• Assist in material handling, inventory tracking, and job staging as needed

Other Experience and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional cabinetmaking or fine woodworking experience
• Proficiency with table saws, routers, edge banders, and CNC equipment
• Strong understanding of joinery, wood species, and finishing techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and build documentation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to craftsmanship, consistency, and team collaboration
