Position Overview:
We are seeking a personable and organized Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication between our patients and the clinical staff, managing appointments, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments.
Verify insurance information and assist patients with billing questions.
Maintain accurate patient records in our scheduling and electronic health record systems.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure optimal patient flow and satisfaction.
Provide information about orthodontic services and procedures to prospective and current patients.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or customer service role; experience in a dental or orthodontic setting is a plus.
Proficient in computer systems and scheduling software; experience with dental practice management software is advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Bilingual in Spanish is a Plus)
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
