Our client, a leading food production company specializing in high-quality cheese products, is seeking a Cheese Spread Maker to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for food quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cheese Spread Maker

Location: Barron, WI

Pay Range: $17.50/hr

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Schedule may change based on business needs.

What's the Job?

• Prepare and blend cheese spreads according to established recipes and production schedules.
• Accurately measure and combine ingredients, ensuring precise proportions and consistent flavor profiles.
• Operate and maintain cheese processing equipment, including mixers, blenders, and scales.
• Monitor and control product quality throughout the production process.
• Maintain accurate production records, including ingredient usage, batch numbers, and production times.

What's Needed?

• Experience in food production or general knowledge of food preparation.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation principles.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
