Job Description

1. Education:

High school diploma required for MA; certification or registration from an accredited institution preferred (RMA).

Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Familiarity with front desk, registration, insurance verification, cashier duties, electronic health records (EHR), patient intake, lab work, EKG, and X-rays.

2. Training and Experience:

Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain patient flow.

Proficient patient intake, scheduling, and medical record management.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adjust to changing healthcare environments.

3. Job Knowledge:


Understands the role of working as part of a medical care team. Is aware of limitations as well as responsibilities. Skilled at effectively communicating with patients or their delegates.

4. Safety Sensitive: YES

This hybrid position requires a strong blend of clinical expertise and front office administrative proficiency to support the clinic's mission of delivering high-quality healthcare while maintaining patient confidentiality and satisfaction.
