Villa Restaurant Group is looking for an energetic and experienced Co-Manager to join our Starbucks team at JFK International Airport . If you’re passionate about coffee, guest service, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to grow with a national brand inside one of the busiest airports in the world.

As a Co-Manager, you’ll partner with the General Manager to oversee operations, lead shifts, support team development, and help drive the success of our Starbucks store.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the General Manager with daily store operations, including team management, inventory, and guest satisfaction

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional Starbucks experience every shift

• Train, coach, and motivate baristas and shift supervisors

• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards

• Jump in to assist on the floor when needed whether it’s on the bar, register, or helping with store setup

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to lead and inspire a team in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to pass an airport background check and badging process
