Guaranteed Base Pay: $15.75/hour + Uncapped Commission
Estimated First Year Earnings: $68,000. No prior sales experience necessary. Full training provided!

Our award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team excels in enhancing customer experiences by effectively showcasing the value of our products and services through a consultative selling approach. This role is focused on 100% inbound calls from both new and existing customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our products/services to new and existing customers
• Evaluate customer needs and offer tailored solutions
• Resilience in handling challenging calls while remaining focused on long-term goals
• Effectively manage time during customer interactions and data entry tasks
• Deliver outstanding customer service to nurture and maintain relationships

Skills, Experience, and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Availability for full-time on-site work
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Smartphone/device with an active network connection
• Successful completion of a pre-employment screen
• Essential skills: Competitive mindset, persuasive communication, customer service excellence, reliability, and integrity

Salary Ranges:
Compensation: $15.75/Hour - $34.87/Hour
