Digital Designer (paid social and performance)

Location: Remote with NY or LA preferred

Reports to: Senior Director of Marketing

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented digital designer with significant experience in creating paid social

media assets, as well as landing page designs, at a premium wellness, beauty or related

brand. You will bring concepts to life from agency briefs, self-initiated ideation, and

collaborating with internal marketing team. This designer will play a major role in helping the

brand to scale and be a key part of the marketing team.

into compelling visual storytelling.

• Have a high taste level and know how to develop creative that converts while

maintaining the brand aesthetic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take creative briefs and design high quality social first assets quickly
• Review paid performance reports to understand what is working and what is not
• Create variations and next generation concepts informed by data and learnings
• Ideate net new paid social creative weekly based on persona insights, cultural trends,

and platform testing

• Produce static graphics, UGC video style content, and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, and

YouTube

• Build storyboards, short scripts, and shot lists for content production
• Iterate assets quickly based on feedback and performance
• Work closely with internal marketing and paid agency teams
• Manage multiple projects with clear organization and prioritization

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in beauty or wellness required. Experience with supplements, ingestibles,

or haircare is a strong plus

• Proven ability to move quickly and execute at a high level
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
• Ability to edit UGC video content for paid social
• Strong understanding of platform nuances for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Comfort presenting ideas and showcasing rationale
• Experience building performance creative systems or frameworks
• Motion graphics skills
• Understanding of persona-based messaging
