Full Time / Entry Level / Immediate Hire We are seeking a Field Marketing Assistant (Entry Level) to join our team and contribute to the planning and execution of field marketing and consumer interaction initiatives. As a Marketing Assistant, you will contribute to understanding the marketing mix and use market research and consumer behavior analysis to support sales strategies. Through hands-on training, you will develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns to help achieve business objectives. Responsibilities In-person fieldwork with direct consumers to drive marketing and sales numbers Engage directly with consumers in person Gather and analyze consumer behavior data Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, such as conversion rates Assist with organizing promotional events Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns Prepare regular sales forecasting reports Monitor competitors’ marketing activities Qualifications Professional demeanor and articulate in conversation Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude Willingness to work full-time and be within commutable distance to Houston Join us and contribute to reaching our target audience and driving business growth.
