We help national brands connect with customers through innovative in-person marketing campaigns and strategic retail partnerships. Our success is built on integrity, customer focus, and a performance-driven culture. We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Direct Marketing Associate to join our inside sales team.
As a Direct Marketing Associate, you’ll represent top-tier brands inside retail and event-based environments. You will engage directly with customers, deliver compelling product presentations, and help drive new client acquisitions. This is a high-energy, people-facing role that blends marketing, sales, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver product and brand messaging to customers through direct, face-to-face interactions
Execute promotional campaigns and engage prospects at exclusive retail locations
Work closely with the inside sales and marketing teams to improve campaign results
Help onboard new team members and participate in team meetings or training sessions
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail, or customer service is a plus—but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments
Motivated, outgoing, and team-oriented
Ability to stand for extended periods and engage with customers face-to-face
