Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance relationships with our existing clients.
• Attract new clients and incorporate them into our growing portfolio.
• Oversee team activities and monitor performance outcomes.
• Provide training and develop new team members on our existing frameworks.
• Conduct daily reporting of field activity through our Salesforce CRM.
• Focus on client management and growth, alongside training and leadership development.
