Outlier Strategy is a high-performance YouTube strategy company working with top brands and creators. The team is fully remote, and the CEO is based in Austin. We help brands like YETI, Red Bull, GM and The Philadelphia Eagles grow on YouTube.
Were hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to work closely with the CEO. Youll help keep both the business and his personal life organized so he can focus on the highest-value work.
The job is mostly remote, with regular in-person work in Austin. Theres no fixed office, but being in the city is essential.
This is a true right-hand role. Its focused on organization, planning, moving pieces forward, and making sure the CEO always has clarity. Over time, theres room for this role to grow into a Chief of Staff position for the right person.
