• Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries or special requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth service during peak times.
• Provide excellent customer service by creating a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a host/hostess or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
