The HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes to ensure alignment with business goals and a strong company culture. This role is pivotal in fostering employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration
• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Lead training and development initiatives
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
• Partner with leadership to support organizational change and performance management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, Masters preferred
• 8+ years of HR experience , with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of HR software and systems (e.g., ADP, Workday)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, union avoidance experience is a requirement
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
