Job Description
The Junior Data Analyst will be directly supporting the Technology Department data processing for Capital Markets business needs of the company. This is an entry-level position for those who get excited about and have passion for data, with an opportunity for career growth and development. The person who fills this role will learn the business through coordination with managers and will be expected to have a high level of data maintenance and analysis skills. This role is very important to the growth and rapid expansion of the business as we continue to enhance our systems. The ideal candidate for this role has a sense of creativity to think outside of the box and has a natural curiosity to deep dive on research and analysis in addition to processing large amounts of data. You will be given all the training and tools needed to do this job efficiently and your success will be up to you.

· BS Degree – Willing to consider degrees from accounting to history
· Detail orientated
· Strong Excel skills
· Excellent in written communication
· Strong verbal communication with ability to adapt dependent upon audience
· Highly motivated
· Ability to meet deadlines (this company moves fast)
· Willingness to learn a new industry
