Grow autonomy — progressing from support tasks to end‑to‑end ownership by month 12 What We're Looking For Experience : 1–2 years of experience as a Product Designer in a tech product environment (startup or scale‑up preferred). Portfolio : A strong UI portfolio showcasing clear hierarchy, structure, and interaction design fundamentals. Research : Basic understanding of user research and usability testing. Tools : Proficiency in Figma (components, auto‑layout, prototyping) or equivalent tools. Familiarity with component‑based design systems. Skills : Excellent communication skills.
