Be among the first 25 applicants Our client is seeking a Kronos Systems Analyst II to join their dynamic HR technology team. This role calls for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating with diverse teams, and continuously finding ways to enhance system performance and user experience. This is a hybrid position based in New Haven County, CT. Responsibilities Configure and maintain UKG Pro Workforce Management rules, workflows, and system settings. Manage and enhance advanced scheduling features to meet evolving business needs. Design and build custom reports and dashboards within the UKG platform for various stakeholders. Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and proactively develop solutions. Leverage community forums, documentation, and peer networks to troubleshoot and implement best practices. Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to support system upgrades, testing, and integrations. Provide end‑user support and training as needed to ensure optimal system utilization. Qualifications Hands‑on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (rules, configuration, and analytics). Strong understanding of advanced scheduling and workforce optimization tools. Proven ability to build reports and dashboards within UKG or similar HR systems. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self‑starter who stays up to date on UKG product updates and community solutions. Experience in healthcare, retail, or other large‑scale workforce environments preferred but not required.
