Lead Epoxy Flooring Installer
Lead Industrial Flooring InstallerEpoxy & Polished Concrete
Pay: $35–$45 per hour (based on experience)
Ideal Locations: Haverhill, MA • Worcester, MA • Waltham, MA
Prepare concrete surfaces using grinders and other equipment
Install epoxy flooring systems and polished concrete finishes
Apply coatings and finishes to meet quality standards
Operate tools and equipment safely
Work with Foreman/Field Manager and flooring crew
Complete jobs on time with high-quality results
3+ years of commercial or industrial flooring experience required
OSHA 10 certification
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Professional communication on job sites
Comfortable with basic math (square footage, ratios, unit conversions)
Reliable transportation, drivers license, and smartphone
Ability to wear PPE and follow all safety policies
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
