Burns White has 12 offices across Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, New Jersey, Delaware, and Florida. The established team in our Huntington WV office works on a variety of matters including insurance defense and bad faith, personal injury, and construction. Our work can be demanding at times, but it is rewarding and challenging and offers growth opportunities. _*Ideal candidates have…*_

* License to practice in West Virginia
* Second license in Ohio strongly preferred
* Litigation experience (experience taking depositions a plus)
* Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills
* Ability to balance multiple priorities
* Interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients
* Skills to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to take initiative, ask questions, and learn and do new things

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
