OVERVIEW:The Local Neighborhood Marketing Specialist (LNMS) is the on-the-ground force behind our hyperlocal marketing efforts. This role is responsible for driving community engagement, managing and executing flyer delivery teams and yard sign placement, and setting appointments through doorknocking interactions. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, field-driven, and passionate about building community trust while generating real marketing results for our painting services.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Neighborhood Marketing & Local Outreach (25-30 hrs/wk):Door-to-Door Appointment Setting:Personally generate qualified leads and appointments through neighborhood doorknocking.Engage with homeowners to build trust and explain our services with professionalism.Track and evaluate campaign performance, including ROI, appointment setting, and sales per route.Flyer Delivery Management:Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a team of 68 flyer delivery reps.Actual flyer team head count may vary depending on demand and goalsParticipate in field operations, completing and leading your own doorknocking routes weekly.Maintain alignment with Aleph Fractional Marketing Team to ensure flyer content supports ROI targets.Community Engagement & Yard Sign Program:Lead flyer team to also handle yard sign placement in strategic, high-visibility locations.Follow Yard Sign maps provided by Aleph Fractional Marketing TeamTactic Coordination:Utilize resources provided by Aleph fractional teams to execute and coordinate tactics, ensuring no 2 tactics hit the same area in the same week with the exception of Yard SignsDigital & Brand Marketing Support (25 hrs/wk):Digital SupportOrganic Social Media Posting to Facebook and Instragram: Assist with posting company updates, customer testimonials, community involvement, and educational content to grow local awareness and engagement.Google Business Profile Management (GMB):Regularly update Google Business Profile with photos, project highlights, and business updates.Brand Support:Community Event Scouting: Research and identify local events, HOA meetings, networking groups, and community engagement opportunities for sales representatives to attend. Attend local home shows and booth events as a brand representative, as needed.Meetings & Reporting (25 hrs/wk):Attend weekly Goal Alignment Meeting (GAM) with Integrator or Business Owner.Participate in bi-weekly Marketing Team Meeting (L10).Provide weekly reports and update scorecards on flyer delivery, doorknocking routes, yard sign placement, and other local marketing KPIs.POSITION DETAILS:Status: Full-TimeSeasonal Focus: Higher activity during the painting season (MayOctober)Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses tied to lead generation and appointment goalsADDITIONAL BENEFITS:Flexible vacation timeSupportive, family-oriented company cultureOpportunities to grow within a mission-driven marketing and sales teamGas reimbursement Self-generated lead bonusesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Strong local communicator who enjoys face-to-face interactionHighly organized with excellent follow-throughSelf-starter with a bias toward action and initiativeComfortable leading field teams and participating in door-to-door engagementCommitted to representing the brand with integrityAdaptable and energized by field-based, community-first marketing
