Part-Time Local Restaurant Marketing Representative

Born from a small restaurant in the New Orleans Mid-City neighborhood, The Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group has grown to 26 restaurants throughout the Southeast (and is still growing!). Our sister concepts, Ruby Slipper and Ruby Sunshine, are focused on bringing the spirit and soul of New Orleans to brunch.

We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and community-minded Part-Time Local Restaurant Marketing Representative to help us grow Ruby Sunshine's brand presence in Hillsboro Village and across Nashville. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, building local partnerships, and spreading the word about great food and hospitality.

What You'll Do

• Represent Ruby Sunshine in the Nashville community with energy and professionalism.
• Build relationships with local businesses, schools, organizations, and community groups to drive awareness and guest traffic.
• Distribute promotional materials (flyers, coupons, bounce-back cards, etc.) in the local market.
• Assist with in-restaurant marketing events, giveaways, and brand activations.
• Capture and share guest engagement moments to support social media and marketing efforts.
• Track and report on outreach activities and results to the Home Office Marketing Team.

• A person who enjoys starting conversations and creating connections.
• Self-motivated, organized, and reliable able to manage a flexible schedule.
• Passionate about food, hospitality, and the Ruby Sunshine brand.
• Previous marketing or event promotion experience required.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older and have reliable transportation.
