Manager of Product Education Engineering - HashiCorp Join the HashiCorp team at IBM to lead the product education engineering organization. You will manage the lifecycle of documentation and learning content for our infrastructure products, ensuring high quality, user-friendly resources that enable technical practitioners to adopt and secure multi-cloud and hybrid environments. Your Role and Responsibilities Lead a team of 4-6 Education Engineers and Technical Writers to create online tutorials, documentation, videos, and in-browser interactive labs for HashiCorp Terraform, Packer, Vagrant, Waypoint, and Sentinel. Structure content based on educational and information-architecture best practices, adult learning theory, and data insights to deliver value to developers. Produce high-quality hands-on tutorials, diagrams, code samples, demo applications, and videos that match product features to developer problems. Deliver instructor-led training and certification exam creation as a subject matter expert. Collaborate with the web platform team to improve the developer portal experience and with R&D to provide substantive product feedback. Manage quarterly planning, roadmap creation, and prioritization aligned with broader Education and Developer Relations goals. Build systems, give feedback, set expectations, and coach team members to grow their careers. Review, test, and improve content using analytics and user research. Qualifications Managed engineers or technical staff for at least two years. Built, deployed, or maintained cloud applications or held a DevOps role. Created public step-by-step command-line tutorials, demos, labs, or other online content. Structured content that is navigable and meets user needs. Used analytics to improve user experiences. Comfortable working with code and the command line to build, deploy, or maintain applications on AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud vendors. Preferred Experience Production Terraform experience and experience with other HashiCorp products. Built and socialized roadmaps, publication schedules, or other planning documents. Managed or mentored content creators and used task management tools such as Jira or Asana. Certification in a HashiCorp product. Experience creating audio and video content and explaining concepts visually with graphics and diagrams. Customer-facing technical role experience (technical trainer, sales engineer, technical account manager, customer success engineer, enterprise architect, software engineer).
