We are seeking a future team member for the role of Managing Director, LatAm Client Executive to join our Client Coverage team. This role is located in New York.

Responsibilities

• Lead coverage and drive revenue growth for the firms largest, most complex, fastest growing, and strategic clients in LatAm.
• Serve in a consultative role to the client, advising client C-suite leadership on the best way to achieve their short- and long-term strategic objectives.
• Keep abreast of client account activity occurring throughout the firm and serve as the ultimate escalation point for client satisfaction.
• Ensure alignment of relationship strategy and account management.
• Inform BNYs strategy to best position the firm for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years in relationship management, sales, client services, or account management in the financial services industry.
• Bachelors degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience; MBA or other advanced degrees preferred.
• Recognized as an expert in the Financial Institutions & Corporates sector and in the LatAm region.
• Possess established relationships within/across industry and with clients at the C-suite level.
• Proficient in Spanish/Portuguese.

Compensation and Benefits

BNY offers competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and a pay-for-performance philosophy. Base salary is typically between $300,000 and $400,000 per year at commencement and is complemented by discretionary bonuses, incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefits. The final base pay will be determined on an individualized basis, considering experience and market location.

This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay or other compensation at any time, including for reasons related to performance, location, department, or market factors.
