West Quality Food Service, Inc. is a 47?year?old company with restaurants in Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Alabama. Responsibilities

• Oversee training and development in the market
• Recruit, hire, and manage staff, including bench management
• Manage P&L and assets sales, labor, F&P, OMC, and other critical metrics
• Build a fun recognition culture that models the corporate mission and culture
• Inspect restaurants weekly to ensure compliance with standards
• Build strong teams at both the restaurant and market levels to deliver the promise to every guest
• Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff on a daily basis
• Demonstrate the highest level of integrity, respect for employees, and appreciation for their contributions; develop and present recognition to top performers in the market
• Provide meaningful and timely performance feedback through training and development
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (people, safety, assets, cash, etc.)

Ideal Candidate

• 35 years of multi?unit experience in the QSR field with 5 years of restaurant or retail management
• Self?motivated and hungry for success
• Consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and performance
• Understanding of the power of recognition and engagement; ability to create a culture of empowerment in their market
• Adheres to the highest standards and maintains company policies and procedures
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills
• Ability to interact easily with diverse employees
• Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite
• Ability to travel occasionally; relocation is a plus but not mandatory
