Valerie Health is reimagining how independent provider practices operate by using AI to modernize patient and provider communication interfaces, provide better care, and drive operational efficiencies.

About The Role

Reporting to our CEO, the Marketing Lead will define how Valerie Health tells its story to the world. Youll shape and execute on our brand, messaging, and gotomarket strategy as we scale rapidly with some of the largest independent healthcare groups in the country.

The ideal candidate blends strategic clarity with creative execution part storyteller, part operator. Youre excited by the challenge of building a brand from the ground up, equally comfortable writing crisp copy, designing content systems, and running lighttouch demand experiments.

What Youll Do

  • Define Our Story. Craft Valeries positioning and messaging: who we are, why we exist, and how we drive growth for independent healthcare providers.
  • Drive Sales Enablement. Create the decks, onepagers, case studies, and proof points that help our Sales and Partnerships team win deals.
  • Tell Customer Stories. Partner with our Customer and Operations teams to transform data and outcomes into narratives that demonstrate value and credibility.
  • Develop Content & Campaigns. Run targeted tests across email, LinkedIn, and events to generate interest and awareness within our ideal customer profile.
  • Support Product Launches. Translate new automations and features into clear, compelling narratives; develop launch materials and product marketing collateral.
  • Measure & Learn. Track what resonates - from content engagement to sales cycle impact - and use insights to refine our story and channels.
  • Build our Function. Shape how Valerie Health builds and scales our marketing function from the ground up.

About You

Experience (Required)

  • 3-8 years of experience spanning product marketing, content marketing, or growth in a B2B or enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to craft clear, differentiated messaging for technical or complex products.
  • Handson experience developing sales materials and customer case studies.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with examples of owned campaigns, launches, or thoughtleadership content.

Preferred Qualifications (NicetoHave)

  • Experience in healthcare, enterprise software, or AI products.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Webflow, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with Sales and Engineering teams.
  • Experience managing small creative or agency partnerships.
