We’re looking for a seasoned Loan Officer Assistant to help our loan officers with daily tasks, including working directly with borrowers and referral partners to obtain necessary documentation, ordering title, appraisal, VOEs, CAIVRS, and more, and serving as liaison between the processor and borrowers, referral partners, attorneys, and AMC’s. This role requires a pleasant personality, drive and tenacity, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong time‑management.
