**Pharmacy Assistant - Onsite** **Louisville, KY** Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring motivated and detail-oriented individuals for an onsite **Pharmacy Assistant** position. In this role, you will support pharmacy operations by picking and packing individual prescription orders for direct-to-patient shipments. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a regulated healthcare environment with the potential for full-time employment. **Pay Rate** : $18.00-$19.00 per hour(based on experience) **Schedule** : Monday-Friday | 11:00 AM - Until Completion (Overtime required, up to 11:00 PM) **Type:** Onsite Louisville, KY **Key Responsibilities:** - Pick, pack, and prepare individual prescription orders for shipment. - Accurately stack completed orders onto designated pallets based on shipper. - Follow written English instructions carefully and consistently. - Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. - Work as part of a fast-paced production team to meet daily goals. - Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines. **Qualifications:** - Keen attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions in English. - Reliable transportation to and from work (required). - Ability to work mandatory overtime until completion each day (often up to 11:00 PM). - Must be willing to obtain a Kentucky Board of Pharmacy Technician License once hired (at employee's expense - $25). - Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to teamwork.
