Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Pool Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a route of residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and in excellent working condition. This is a hands-on, independent position perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is eager to grow in the pool service industry. Key Responsibilities Manage a consistent route of pools, Monday through Friday Test and adjust pool water for proper chemical balance Vacuum pools, spas, and water features as needed Empty all skimmer baskets and remove debris from pools and equipment areas Inspect pool equipment and surrounding areas for issues, leaks, or repairs Maintain clear, organized records of services performed and any outstanding maintenance needs Perform routine filter maintenance (e.g., backwashing, pressure checks) Identify, treat, and report any algae growth or water clarity issues Submit weekly work logs to management Remain flexible and adaptable as routes and service needs change What We\'re Looking For Outgoing, confident, and professional personality and appearance Highly reliable with strong punctuality — no call/no shows may result in immediate termination Willingness to adapt to changes in routes and responsibilities as business needs evolve Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow directions Strong note-taking and organizational skills Excellent communication skills — must be comfortable reporting issues and taking calls from the office team Must have a reliable truck suitable for a service route and a valid California driver\'s license Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in pool service or maintenance is a plus, but not required Familiarity with pool systems, chemicals, and equipment is beneficial Why Join Us When you join our team, you\'re stepping into more than just a job — you\'re starting a career with a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and a job well done.
