About This Opportunity: 
CareATC is currently looking for a Physician that will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient care. The CareATC approach is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support and ongoing education. 

We are looking for a board certified Family Physician to work full time Monday - Friday at our clinic serving the employees and families of Albemarle County, VA.  This will be a newly built clinic and the physician will work with a team of a Nurse Practitioner, Mental Health Professional, Physical Therapist, and Medical Assistants.  There are no weekends, holidays, or on call hours.
