Overview ProVest is seeking Certified Process Servers in Palm Beach County, Florida. Must be a certified Process Server in Palm Beach County. Position: Independent Contractor (1099). Location: Palm Beach County, Florida. About Us: ProVest is one of the nation’s leading legal support services firms, delivering service of process and related services for prominent law firms and financial institutions. Responsibilities Deliver legal documents and update information through our mobile apps (PVLS Mobile & PSO Mobile). Capture GPS photos and log attempts using our proprietary mobile technology. Aim for five service attempts, including various times of the day and weekends. Qualifications Commitment to honesty and accuracy. Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance. Willingness to work variable hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Familiarity with mobile apps (everything is done through our proprietary app). Access to a computer, printer, and scanner. Residence within or near Palm Beach County (preferred). Currently listed as a Certified Process Server in the 15th Judicial Circuit. Ideal Candidates Experience in private investigation, law enforcement, or process serving is a plus. Benefits & Schedule We pay per completed job, regardless of outcome (served or not). Flexible schedule. Location: Palm Beach County, FL (Remote work location). Schedule options: 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Day shift; Monday to Friday; Weekends as needed.
