We’re working with a premium home décor brand known for its beautiful, pattern-based window films and wallpapers. They’re hiring for a Content Production Designer. This is an onsite role combining hands-on production design and creative marketing support. You’ll split your time between design production (resizing, retouching, preparing assets) and higher-level content creation (Pinterest, newsletters, social media, reels, ecommerce imagery). What You’ll Do Produce and adapt creative assets for print, digital, and ecommerce channels Create visually compelling content for newsletters, Pinterest, reels, and product photography Support ongoing marketing initiatives and help expand the brand’s digital presence Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints Contribute to design innovation—staying curious about emerging tools, including AI Collaborate closely with a small, dedicated team in-office in Portland, OR What We’re Looking For Proven experience in production design and content creation (3–5+ years preferred) Strong portfolio showcasing both design production and marketing assets Ability to self-manage, take direction, and execute with minimal hand-holding Experience in lifestyle, home décor, or interior design a plus Familiarity with creating content for ecommerce, social, and newsletters Willingness to learn and adapt, especially around AI tools and innovation Why Join Us?
