Aegis is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our client's organization. This position is a rotating night shift role (6:45 pm-7 am), 2-2-3 shift schedule (random week days off, and every other weekend working). This position will have the person working on the day shift for training proposes. The ideal candidate has the following experience:

• 2-5 years of supervisor experience in a manufacturing setting
• Plastics/flexible packaging, food, beverage, chemical or pharmaceutical industry experience
• Strong decision making skills and the ability to think on their feet
• Leadership style of driving accountability but inspiring and motivating the team
• Supervisory experience- experience with extrusion, print, coverting, material handling and quality departments.
• Experience coaching, guiding, and developing teams.
• Must be able to work a rotating night shift and train on first shift.
• First 4-6 weeks- day shift
• Full time schedule: 2-2-3 (working every other weekend)

Preferred:

• ERP experience- Epicor.
• Basic understanding of six sigma and lean & statistical methodologies

Pluses:

• CAPEX or plant expansion experience
• Bilingual in Spanish
