Project Executive – Senior Living Development

Our company is a market leading developer with considerable pipeline of work. This position is to manage/oversee the portfolio of projects in the senior living space.

Position Overview:

Project Executive to oversee the successful execution of our upcoming senior living projects . This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving project performance, managing internal and external teams, and ensuring that each development meets the company’s quality, budget, and schedule goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of project development from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage design, construction, and delivery in coordination with internal development, construction, and operations teams.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure project alignment with financial and operational objectives.
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to project managers, superintendents, and support staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with design consultants, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
• Review and approve major design and construction decisions, ensuring compliance with company standards and brand expectations.
• Identify and mitigate risks while driving proactive problem-solving across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale construction or development projects, ideally within the senior living or healthcare sectors.
• Proven success working with vertically integrated organizations or complex, multi-phase developments.
• Strong financial acumen and experience overseeing project budgets and cost controls.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of building codes, senior living design standards, and regulatory requirements.
