The Neonatal Clinical Nurse Specialist is a registered nurse with advanced knowledge and clinical expertise in neonatal intensive care nursing. Responsibilities include assessing patient and family needs within the NICU; planning, executing, and evaluating nursing care; providing direct patient care; developing clinical staff; offering consultation and research; and ensuring optimal quality nursing practice aligned with the organizations vision and values.
