As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to support a secure atmosphere, and delivering outstanding customer service. This post requires both an armed guard card and a valid driver's license, as you may be assigned to driving and/or armed duties. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards within the location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members.
• Document incidents and maintain accurate records as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry points as directed by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid armed guard card or license as required by applicable laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
