As a Security Professional - Unarmed Site - Morning Shift in West Point, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. Your presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while you remain approachable and provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for clear communication and prompt response to any security-related concerns, supporting a culture of reliability, integrity, and teamwork. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Observe and report any unusual conditions or activities within the location, documenting incidents as required.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to address inquiries and provide assistance.
• Follow all Allied Universal protocols and guidelines while performing assigned duties at the automotive location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
