The Social Worker MSW - PACE provides direct social work services to elderly participants within an interdisciplinary healthcare team, focusing on counseling and support to promote independent living. This role requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work and relevant Washington State social work licensure, along with experience working with geriatric populations from diverse backgrounds. The position is full-time, based in Spokane, WA, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and potential hiring bonus.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, provides social work services to participants in a manner which is consistent with the mission and core values of Providence Health System. Spends a majority of time in direct service activities within the Center, including one-on-one and group counseling, interaction with other team members, and ongoing assistance to participants to address social issues.
