Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the textile industry, is seeking a dedicated Textile Machine Operator - All Shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) to join their dynamic team. As a Textile Machine Operator - All Shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd), you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department, supporting the production process and ensuring high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Textile Machine Operator - All Shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd)

Location: Marion, NC

Pay Range: $17.55 - $19.05

Shift: All shifts

What's the Job?

• Operate textile machinery efficiently and safely to meet production goals
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
• Maintain accurate production records and quality documentation
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times

What's Needed?

• Previous machine operating experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Willingness to participate in training and adapt to shift schedules
