ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Interventional Radiology for a travel nursing job in Bakersfield, California.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 8-hour day shifts with 10-hour shifts every other weekend
\n• Rotating weeknight, weekend, and holiday call requirements
\n• Call response time of 30 minutes required
\n• Must work 1 major and 1 minor holiday
\n• First to float when needed to other campus locations (approximately 6.5 miles away)
\n• Assist Interventional Radiologists with minimally invasive procedures
\n• Position patients correctly for interventional radiologic procedures
\n• Assist in other modalities such as CT and ultrasound to support physicians
\n• Work with common procedures including biopsies, drainage, extremities, angiography, angioplasty, embolization, gastrostomy tubes, cryoablation, catheter/line placements, and nephrostomy
\n• Must be knowledgeable about procedures, equipment, and procedural sedation
\n• Required to pass Procedural Sedation competency and EKG exam
\n• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
\n• Experience with Radnet & Merge Unity, Cerner EMR systems
\n• Navy surgical scrubs provided by hospital
\n• Minimum one week orientation provided by Lead RN
\n• BSN not required
