Job - OT Home Health Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Spokane Valley, WA (onsite) Contract Duration:13 weeks Working hours: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Total hours: 40 Home Health OT- Start Date: ASAP , Compliance takes about 3 weeks Shift: 8hr Days Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 27- 30 productivity points standard based on territory) First-Timers Accepted: YES Weekend REQ: No weekend requirement Is On-Call REQ?: No Call Required Locals Accepted: Yes Experience Requirements: 1 YR of recent Skilled Hospice Experience (at least 1 year within the last 3 years) (will not accept inpatient exp) Case Load: Adult, 4-5 patients per day Certs REQ: BCLS License: Must have WA license, NBCOT OASIS REQUIRED Additional Notes: Traveler is expected to have their own transportation. System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of 100 miles due to territory Timely communication and documentation required Documentation tools will be provided, and must be returned.
