Are you an adventurous Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ready to take your skills on the road? We’re seeking a passionate and flexible SLP to join a top-tier Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) for a 13-week travel assignment . You’ll work alongside a collaborative rehab team while helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

\nEvaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
\nCreate and implement personalized therapy plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
\nCollaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure cohesive care
\nMaintain accurate documentation in compliance with SNF standards and regulatory guidelines
\nEducate patients, caregivers, and families on strategies and home programs
\nRequirements:
\nActive SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one in the assignment state)
\nSNF experience preferred , but new graduates are welcome to apply
\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills
