Seeking Unity Remote Full Stack Lead Developers & Programmers ( Lead Developers will have their rent, electricity, and internet bills fully Paid after we are operating with our partner stores) Were looking for highly motivated Unity developers to join our core team as soon as possible . Work alongside our lead engineers building the Me Unity Engine by Monde Elite LLC a revolutionary platform connecting esports, local commerce, and community development. Lead Developers will have their rent, electricity, and internet bills fully covered by the company as part of our developer support initiative for helping and operating our applications engines to run effectively with our partner stores. These expenses are paid directly from company budgets not deducted from your earnings. Remote applicants must have access to a computer running Unity 6 with high-speed internet 24/7. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end Unity technologies, plus the ability to collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality, scalable software systems. Job Overview We are seeking a talented and visionary developers to help build the future of Me Unity Engine , an ecosystem designed to empower real-world communities through esports and digital marketplaces. Hundreds of licensed storefront businesses across New York City have already partnered with us to upload their products and services to our digital marketplaces. With your help, citizens will soon be able to shop locally, pay bills, and support one another using our esports currency Me Donation Credits . Our mission is to circulate hundreds of millions to billions of dollars throughout New York Citys communities legally and transparently. Soon, New Yorkers will be able to pay for rent, utilities, tuition, childcare, bank debts, and more directly through Me Unity Engines esports-based payment system creating real equality and opportunity powered by locals. Duties Build and maintain custom Unity SDKs that power our apps, XR systems, and member tools across Android, iOS, Web, and PC. Develop secure and scalable Firebase-backed databases , preparing for migration into dedicated hardware servers at 60 Hudson Data Center within 90 days. Design parent dashboards and child authentication systems that ensure our platform is one of the safest environments for children online. Integrate body camera functionality and store order tracking into our logistics software to guarantee real-time transparency and member safety. Collaborate directly with our founder to transform real-world workflows into efficient, user-centered digital systems. Optimize data flow between Unity, Firebase, and custom APIs for performance and reliability as we scale. Participate in app architecture planning, testing, and long-term infrastructure development. Maintain clean, documented, reusable code and manage repositories through Git or similar version control systems. Stay proactive with new Unity, XR, and database technologies that can accelerate our mission and strengthen platform safety. Experience Strong background in Unity development (C#) , including SDK integration and multiplayer or networked systems. Experience with Google Firebase (Realtime Database, Authentication, Cloud Functions) and the ability to transition to self-hosted infrastructure. Familiarity with server management, APIs, and backend frameworks (Node.js, .NET, or similar). Understanding of secure app architecture , especially involving parental controls, authentication, and privacy. Proficiency with version control workflows (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket). Bonus: Experience developing XR or AR features using Unity, OpenXR, or Snapdragon Spaces SDK. Bonus: Experience integrating IoT-style devices such as cameras or wearables through Unity or companion apps. No degrees or certificates are needed we value real skills, creativity, and knowledge above all. What Comes After You Are Part of the Team? Once we secure reliable full stack developers to complete our esports infrastructure, well be distributing Me Donation Credit Gift Cards across hundreds of NYC stores (all of which have already consented to participate). Similar to Roblox, citizens will soon be able to upload funds to their Me Unity Engine accounts both online and in person, and withdraw donation credits to their bank or receive checks by mail. Our Me Unity Engine Street Team will also promote the platform across NYC storefronts, inviting new and professional game developers to create esports experiences using our Me Donation Credits SDKs . Each approved developer will gain access to $20,000 worth of Unity Asset Store assets , preconfigured to work with our SDKs. The Me Donation Credits SDK allows players to use their in-game earnings at licensed NYC businesses , including our marketplaces, services, auctions, and delivery apps. Our system operates without cash, credit, or debit cards only through Me Donation Credits. Esports within our ecosystem is 100% skill-based , not gambling. All SDK guidelines make this distinction clear to developers and players. Thanks to our partner stores, real-world visibility, and community outreach, we estimate one million verified New Yorkers will be active within 69 months after launch all participating in a unified, local, and ethical economy.
