This position is located at the Walker County Health Department in Lafayette, Georgia. This position is an unclassified, full?time position working 40 hours per week. Please complete your online application with current and previous employment details and duties.

Job Responsibilities

Under direct supervision, works and communicates with the general public, internal customers and/or external customers to provide information and services targeted to meet customer expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of experience communicating information in a customer service setting are required.

Current CBH employees are subject to State Personnel Board rules regarding salary.

CBH accepts educational credentials recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and/or the US Department of Education (DOE); CBH may contact educational institutions to verify degree, diploma, licensure, etc.

The District Human Resource Department must receive an official transcript and/or proof of licenses, certifications prior to employment.

The candidate selected for this position may be subject to pre?employment drug screening, E?Verify, reference check and a criminal background check.
