This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation.

Responsibilities:

• Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery
• Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices
• Provide feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders
• Track each load accurately
• Accurately count all pallets
• Maintain pace of pallet configuration
• Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets
• Identify priorities and coordinate resources
• Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers
• Recommend process improvements
• Coordinate picker and loader team
• Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps
• Embrace and promote a culture of "stack, wrap, strap"
• Other duties as assigned

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8 AM to 4 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 + year Warehouse Experience
