Hiring Immediately - 1st Shift Warehouse Production Worker - Fairfield, OH:
Inergroup is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Production Workers in Fairfield, OH. As a Warehouse Production Worker at Inergroup, you will be an integral part of our operation, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our warehouse activities. Your primary responsibilities will include assembling work orders, preparing materials for assembly setup, packing multi-product displays, and performing other general labor tasks.
This Warehouse Production Worker job offers weekly pay starting at $15 per hour and great benefits are available.
Responsibilities:
Assemble work orders or pick lists, and pulling necessary packing materials for assembly setup
Pack multi-product displays, varying in quantity and type
Verify order correctness and complete final packing
Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies and report any issues to supervisors.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet daily goals.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Arrange products in the warehouse to maximize space and accessibility, making it easier to locate items.
Qualifications:
No prior warehouse experience is required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
Must be capable of standing for the entire duration of the shift and walking throughout the warehouse.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to attendance.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
