Job Title: Custodial Worker

Pay: $15 an hour//Paid Weekly!!!

Shift: 5 am - 1:30 PM

Job Description

As a Custodial Worker, you will perform routine building cleaning tasks and related work. This role involves manual work that follows established procedures, requiring the efficient and thorough performance of heavy cleaning tasks. You will also need to operate equipment such as floor buffers and carpet shampoo machines.

Responsibilities

• Remove bulk trash and recyclable products using mechanical equipment when necessary.
• Set up rooms for conferences; arrange classrooms and conference meeting rooms.

Essential Skills

• Ability to routinely move, lift, and/or carry, with or without assistance, equipment, parts, and job-related materials exerting up to and including 50 pounds of force.
• Ability to learn to operate power-cleaning equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial work and general labor.
• Familiarity with cleaning processes and equipment.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic environment with various shift options available, including day and night shifts. Day shifts run from 5 AM - 1:30 PM, 8 AM - 4:30 PM, and 12 PM - 8:30 PM, while the night shift is from 5 PM - 1:30 AM. This role requires flexibility to work any of these shifts, providing a variety of working hours to suit your schedule.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NEWARK, Delaware.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
