Non-Emergency Medical Transport Driver

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Hours varies, Work Schedule Varies
Compensation: $12, Weekly Pay (No Benefits)
About the Position
We are seeking compassionate and reliable drivers to join our team as Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT) Drivers. In this role, you will play a vital part in the community by safely transporting clients to and from medical facilities, including doctor's appointments, therapy sessions, and other healthcare-related destinations.
This is a fulfilling opportunity for those who enjoy helping others and making a direct impact on people's lives. Clients may include seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those with mobility challenges.
You will need to possess characteristics such as; patience, reliability, outgoing, passionate about helping others, a love for driving, hardworking and trust-worthy.
Responsibilities
Provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation to clients.
Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle.
Ensure clients arrive at their destinations comfortably and on time.
Maintain complete and accurate trip records and vehicle inspections.
Comply with company policies.
Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and healthcare providers.
You must be comfortable driving long distances daily to locations within Arkansas (such as Paragould, Little Rock, Mountain Home, Pocahontas, Newport, West Memphis, etc.)
Requirements
Must have a valid AR driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to lift/move passengers with mobility challenges, if necessary.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
Experience in transportation or healthcare-related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
