Occupational Therapist - School-Based - El Mirage, AZ
Location: El Mirage, AZ
Pay Rate: $55/hr
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8 hours per day)
Duration: ASAP start through the end of the 2025-2026 school year
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide exceptional therapy services to students. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy services, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with each student's plan of care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform client evaluations and develop treatment plans.
Provide occupational therapy services to meet student needs.
Document all services accurately and timely.
Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student success.
Minimum Requirements
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Arizona.
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
One (1) year of prior professional experience preferred.
Current CPR certification (if applicable).
TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable).
Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Caseload Details
Specific details will be discussed during the interview.
All school sites are within a 10-15 mile radius.
