Build your future with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for a Production Control Assistant with Electronic Industry in Carlsbad, Ca. As a Production Control Assistant you will: - Schedule and track production orders to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with the shipping department to meet delivery deadlines and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Communicate with customers to provide order status updates or changes.
- Collaborate with purchasing to ensure all necessary materials and parts are ordered and available.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels to avoid production delays.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Identify and help resolve scheduling or material shortages.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production planning process.
This is a full time opportunity The ideal candidate will have: - Electronic Industry is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in production planning , scheduling , or manufacturing support (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities across departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay Rate: $24.00-27.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
