Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented  Production Line Packer to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal  Production Line Packer candidate will have experience working in a factory setting and possess knowledge to effectively contribute to our assembly line operations. This role is essential in ensuring that products meet quality standards and are assembled efficiently.

• Monday - Friday (Some Saturdays)
• 1st shift 6:00am-2:00pm & 2nd shift 2:00pm-10:30pm
• Pay rate: $18/hr (1st shift) $20/hr (2nd shift)
• Temp to Hire

Responsibilities:

• Package finished dietary supplement products into shipping cartons, PICs, and displays per company SOPs and customer specifications.
• Assemble PICs (Personal Individual Cartons), shippers, and displays using hand tools or hot glue as needed.
• Monitor product quality and remove defective packaging materials or components.
• Keep up with the pace of the production line with minimal downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area at all times.
• Assist team members and support various lines or projects as assigned by supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols, SOPs, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Accurately complete basic production documentation and labels as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English to follow work instructions.
• Able to stand for 8–12 hours per shift and lift up to 35 lbs regularly.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus.
• Willing to wear required PPE and work in a cleanroom production setting.
• Must be eligible to participate in E-Verify, pass a drug screen, and complete a background check.
